Who I Help

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can understand in some ways, but still struggle to change. You may notice yourself reacting in ways that feel bigger than the moment, pulling away when you want closeness, becoming overwhelmed by conflict, or feeling unsure how to ask for what you need. Therapy offers space to slow down, understand what is happening underneath, and begin relating to yourself and others in a more grounded and compassionate way.
